Sustainability and the Circular Economy

Making capital goods sustainable through reconditioning

Does your company sell high-quality capital goods that retain their value over time? Are you able to recondition used goods? Our extensive experience in the sector and our wide range of solutions allow us to offer a unique opportunity at the end of the rental contract: users can choose to purchase, extend the rental or return the goods. These goods will then be reconditioned and put back into circulation, giving them a second life and contributing to a sustainable circular economy model. A win-win opportunity, balancing efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Circular Economy

Sustainability can be a real asset for companies that understand the opportunities

  • attract a segment of consumers who are increasingly aware of these issues and seeking flexibility
  • offer customers an opportunity for technological updates
  • increase margins thanks to the recirculation of the same goods

At the end of the rental, would you like to take back the used goods to offer them for rent again? Unsure how to manage used goods?

Johix supports the circular economy with a range of partners, particularly in the fields of technological devices and e-bikes, who are capable of recovering used goods, reconditioning them and putting them back on the second-hand market. Contact us to find out if we have a partner who can recover your used goods.

Our sustainable footprint

Guided by a strong belief that ethics form the basis of corporate social responsibility, JOHIX has decided to prioritise sustainability in its conduct, aligning itself with many of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the associated targets, as approved by the United Nations in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Attentive to the needs of its community, JOHIX is committed to supporting social solidarity initiatives, as reflected by its partnership with Casa del Sole. Casa del Sole is a recognised non-profit association that has been active in Mantua and Verona since 1966, working to support children with disabilities (cerebral palsy, autism, cognitive delays) and help them to embark on a path of education and physical therapy that recognises their value as people.

JOHIX has therefore integrated the principles of corporate social responsibility throughout its organisation, as well as its relationships with stakeholders, through the adoption of best practices that directly involve employees, customers, suppliers and the community. JOHIX's focus on environmental issues has led to the adoption of actions to promote Sustainable Development Goals 12, 13 and 14. For example, we enable companies to embrace the circular economy, offering a specific rental product for companies that are able to recover used goods, recondition them and put them back on the market.
